The 10th Annual Nantucket Beach Fitness Camp
August 4th - August 15th
8AM-9AM Jetties Beach

The Nantucket Beach Fitness Camp is a unique two week-long exercise camp led by
exercise physiologist and elite endurance athlete Tom Holland. Held in the early
morning Jetties Beach sunrise on Nantucket Island, participants are led through
60 minutes of cardiovascular drills, strength exercises, plyometric and agility
stations, team events and more. From the beginner exerciser to advanced athlete,
Tom provides a fun yet challenging workout tailored to each "camper's" personal
fitness level! Class limited to 50 participants.
$25 day/$165 week*/$290 both weeks*
